At Michael & Emma London, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, please carefully read the terms and instructions below. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with our dropshipping fulfillment process.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it (e.g., for daily use) is strictly prohibited.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing labels will not be accepted.

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, returns are handled directly by our supplier.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request via email at info@michaelenemmalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment supplier in China.

  3. You must ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including customs fees, taxes, or any international return costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost packages.

Returns shipped without prior notification or approval may not be processed.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the supplier’s return address and has passed inspection, your refund will be:

  • Processed within 14 days

  • Issued via the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above return conditions


4. Liability & Customer Responsibility

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following applies:

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing the correct delivery address is the customer's responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient absence, or refusal to accept the package are not eligible for free reshipment or refund of shipping fees.
